One simple trick to make your mind stress-free

The transition between stress and ease can feel like a giant ball of stress and agony.

This begs the question: how do you simplify your life in a way that’s easy and stress-free?

It starts with taking a deep breath. In through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
We can’t begin anything unless the breath is moving and flowing.
I don’t care how woo-woo that sounds. It’s true.
Try cleaning your house holding your breath. It’s impossible.
Try doing anything holding your breath. You’ll cease to exist, and we don’t want that. We want you around for a long, long time.
To simplify your life, breathe deeply.
